Subject of data protection
Subject to protection are all personal data. In accordance with § 3 section 1 of the BDSG, these are details about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or ascertainable natural person. This includes for example details such as name, mailing address, email address or telephone number, but also in some cases usage data such as a your IP address.
Use of data for specific purposes
We observe the principle of the use of data for specific purposes and collect, process and store your personal data only for the purposes for which you provided it. We do not pass on your personal data to third parties without your express consent, insofar as this is not necessary for the provision of our services or the fulfilment of the contract. Also, we will only transmit data to authorised state institutions and agencies in the context of legal disclosure obligations if we are mandated by court order.
Scope of data collection and storage

Right to information and withdrawal
